Activist monk, Bor Bet, who was arrested and defrocked in Thailand on December 1, has become the latest UN-certified Cambodian refugee to be detained by Thai authorities, raising fears that he would be returned to the country he fled ahead of imminent arrest, after other Cambodian political refugees were sent over the border last month.
