Undesirable as political empires might be on principle, if it's a Jokowi one it might not be such a bad outcome, if only because it will hopefully prevent any actual power vacuum from forming in Indonesian politics for any real extremist to gain popular support, and also to provide political stability and continued commitment of will to the new Nusantara capital in East Kalimantan.
